The applications received from the candidates will be screened and shortlisted based on eligibility and relevant experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interviews to assess communication ability, interaction and teaching skills, knowledge/skills required for FLC Counsellor in conducting camps, and experience in related fields. Demonstration / Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability.

The duration of the contract will be 12 months from the effective date. The contract shall be renewable up to a maximum period of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance and annual appraisal /review. If either party decides to discontinue the contract, for any reason, one month’s notice or equivalent salary in lieu thereof shall be required for the same.
