If the family already has twin daughters, the benefits can be availed upon the birth of a third daughter. Benefits will not be provided for daughters born through sex selection. The applicant must have a bank account linked to their Aadhaar card. Furthermore, the applicant should not have received financial assistance exceeding ₹1 lakh under any other government scheme.
